It is Small Business Saturday! 

Between Black Friday and Cyber Monday is another day, one dedicated to the businesses that boost the economy and invigorate neighborhoods across the country. It is the day to support your favorite small, local businesses.  Stores, restaurants, the small proprietors of all sorts.

Have you ever seen a business close and say to yourself, "Aw, darn, I liked that place."  You can do something to help ... show your support, stop in, say hello, buy a little something (or big something ;-) ) its your purchases that keep your favorite small businesses around.


Together, we can make this the biggest day of the year for small business.

We would love to know your favorite small businesses and especially where you are shopping small today!

Deal of the Day - Food for Thought

If you have not had a chance to try Food for Thought yet, they are offering a great Deal of the Day.  For $5, you get a $10 voucher to use towards food at the restaurant ... basically half off.  This runs for a limited time, but the "deal is sealed", so you'll get it if you'd like.

Offices Closed This Weekend

We wanted to let you know that our offices will close at noon on Friday, April 6th and remain closed through the 8th so our staff may enjoy the holiday with their families and friends.  We will reopen on Monday, April 9th at 8:30 a.m.  

If there is an urgent property situation that requires our immediate staff attention, you may use the on-call line at: 573-216-1806 or 573-348-1758 Ext. 9.  Should the call goes to voice mail, please leave your name, a phone number where you may be reached, and details as to the nature and location of the situation. Non-emergencies will be referred to regular business hours for assistance.
 
FYI:  For fire, police or medical emergencies, please call 911.  Sewer and many water issues are handled by the City of Osage Beach at (573) 302-2020.  Electric outages are handled by AmerenUE at (800) 552-7583.  Cable & Internet issues are handled by Lake Cable at (573) 348-2511 or Charter at at 888-438-2427.
