After the Storm ...

The crew has been out  today clearing snow from all subdivisions with success ... between plowing, salt and sunshine, we are actually starting to see some pavement.  The main streets are driveable, the secondary roads are getting there.  KK has also been plowed.

Palisades Village Shopping Center will be cleared tomorrow.

Our offices remained closed today, but we hope to open tomorrow or Friday, depending on when staff can get in.

Hope you are staying warm!

Office Closed Due to Weather

The safety of our staff is paramount and as a result, we have closed our office.  We will reopen as soon as the weather permits.  Our facilities crew is on duty, clearing snow.

Last report is that the snow is falling very rapidly and even with constant clearing efforts the main roads are snow-covered.  The crew will stay focused on the clearing of the main subdivision roads and will likely not get to secondary roads until the storm abates.  If the weather develops into white-out conditions, we will pull the crew off the roads for everyone's safety until conditions improve.

If you have an urgent situation for us, you may reach us on our on-call line ... 573.216.1806 or 573.348.1758 ext. 9.  We respectfully ask that calls to this line be only for property emergencies, as our crew is extremely busy with handling the weather situation.

For any non-critical situations, please leave us a voice message at the regular office extensions or send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  Staff is monitoring their email.

Thank you!  We hope everyone stays safe through the storm ...

Snow Ice Cream

For those wanting to make something out of the storm ... here is a recipe for "snow ice cream".

Ingredients
  • 1 gallon snow
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups milk
Directions:. When it starts to snow, place a large, clean bowl outside to collect the flakes. When full, stir in sugar and vanilla to taste, then stir in just enough milk for the desired consistency. Serve at once.
