Christmas Open House/Pilgrimage

The Christmas Open House/Pilgrimage is this weekend!  What a wonderful time of the year ... we are starting to deck the halls ...

Our Section of the Expressway is Opening

Our section of the new expressway, from Mexicali Blues to the bridge, is slated to open today!  It will mean some major changes to traffic in our area, but we are looking forward to the conveniences, once we all get used to it.  Take your time out there, watch the signage.

Deer Season

The deer are definitely out and about.  Please be extra careful driving, they often appear out of nowhere.

Also, a reminder, we do not allow hunting on any of our properties at any time, without our permission. It is the law and we will prosecute trespassers.

Prepare Your Home for Winter

It's that time of year when you want to prepare your home for the winter months.  Just a reminder that your outside hoses should be removed and water to the spigots turned off; that the heat should always be on in your home, at least at a lowest setting; and that the main water valve should be turned off if you are going to be absent from your home for an extended period through the winter months.  This is a also a good time to stock up on shovels and salt, if you need it.
