Welcome Teri!

We are very pleased to welcome Teri Calbert to our team as the new administrative assistant for Tan-Tar-A Estates!  She will be available to help our homeowners in the Estates with their concerns and will be in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturday mornings.

If you drop by the office, please be sure to introduce yourself, she is looking forward to meeting everyone.

Cloudy Water

For those on the Tan-Tar-A water system, you may be experiencing cloudy water.  This is generally due to air in the lines, not a contaminant.  The Resort is aware and is working on a fix.  If you set the water aside for a minute or so, it should clear.

Incommunicado at the Office

Just wanted to let you know that the telephone and internet services are not functioning at the office, but the staff is in today.  If your issue is urgent, you may want to drop by.  If it is not, it is fine to send an email, we will get it as soon as Charter gets our service restored.  We are sorry for any inconvenience!
